How can I design my bedroom?

Tomorrow I go to pick out paint for my bedroom! The problem is… I don’t know what color to use! I have:
A dark blue desk (it is a little childish, I hope to replace it)
A light colored wood bead
Weird quilt in light blues and purples
Green Chair
White curtains with stitched leaf patterns on them
Black framed mirror with gold accents

i would go with a very neutral color, since all your things seem to be very colorful.

also you might get tired of it if you pick a bold color.
